Set up uv

uv reads the index from UV_INDEX_URL.

$ export UV_INDEX_URL="https://__token__:${REPO_TOKEN}@packages.example.com/pypi/simple/"
$ uv init --quiet && uv add flask

To keep it in the project instead, add this to pyproject.toml and give uv the token with UV_INDEX_COMPANY_USERNAME=__token__ and UV_INDEX_COMPANY_PASSWORD:
