Job images, npm and pip in .gitlab-ci.yml.

For the runner to pull the job image itself from packages.example.com, add a CI/CD variable named DOCKER_AUTH_CONFIG:

Make the value with printf "storefront-ci:%s" "$REPO_TOKEN" | base64.
