When pod cannot find a pod

A pod nobody approved yet is not listed.

A pod nobody approved yet is not listed, so pod says it cannot find it. Running pod repo update does not help:

You have either:
 * out-of-date source repos which you can update with `pod repo update` or with `pod install --repo-update`.
 * mistyped the name or version.
 * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.

Note

Some pods can never come through ForgeRepo™: ones whose code is a git branch or commit rather than a tag, or that need git submodules. The podspec says why when packages.example.com refuses it.
