First setup
Name, branding and email
Make the portal look like yours and let it send mail.
Name and branding
- Settings, Policy, Name shown in the portal: the header, sign in page, browser tab, these docs and the PDF.
- Header icon and Favicon save as soon as you pick a file. PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP (the favicon also takes ICO), 16 to 1024 pixels, 256 KB at most. SVG is refused. Use the default puts the anvil back.
- Settings, Email tab, tick Send email and set the from address.
- Pick smtp (server, port, encryption, user) or graph for Microsoft 365 (tenant, client id, secret, sending mailbox).
- Use Send a test and check the mail log table below it.
